Throughout the Deploy phase, Allegro teams stay on-site with your users.  We address any system, process or people issues that may arise as everyone climbs the learning curve and systems enter full production.  Users, managers and IT staff all participate during the transition to normal production, which concludes a successful project.

Deliverables: As the Deploy phase closes, your production environment has gone live and is running smoothly.  All key elements are in place including initial training materials and classes, data conversion and technical infrastructure.
