After final deployment, Allegro will provide on-site support to assist users with questions and resolution of business procedures, data and technical issues. The duration of on-site support will vary depending on customer requirements, but generally this lasts four to six weeks with one or two Allegro staff members.

Thereafter, Allegro will provide continuing support in accordance with Allegro’s license support services policy.  At the conclusion of the term of the on-site support, Allegro will submit an “operate approval request” to the customer.  Upon mutual approval of the request, Allegro will release on-site support resources and provide continuing support in accordance with Allegro’s license support services policy.


Deliverables: By the end of the Operate phase we have all updates to the issue log, any change orders completed, and have received final operate approval.
