We work closely with an initial group of users to ensure that the tailored configuration meets all the solution requirements and that training and user interfaces satisfy end-users’ needs.

The Allegro team ensures that users can perform in complex, real-world business situations.  Critiques from pilot users drive refinements in training, interfaces, and configuration.

Deliverables: By the end of the Validate phase, the following steps will be completed: pre-training, pilot execution, interfaces, conversions, and custom reports and formats.
